Over the past 35 years we have worked closely with our customers on many large and small projects. We pride ourselves on completing these projects on time and with the highest degree of quality.
Since it was incorporated in 1968 to serve the massive mining projects of the Sudbury and Elliot Lakes areas of Northern Ontario, Baycar has developed a wealth of knowledge of Canadian hard rock mining that has enabled us to design and fabricate a wide range of mining equipment and systems. Our reputation has given us the opportunity to display our handy work around the world as in Australia, Asia, South America, and the United States. From this mining base, we have expanded our services to include many products such as vessels, bridges, conveyors, construction and forestry equipment, and specialized fire training equipment and custom fabrication.
Our 55,000 sq. ft facility at 2032 Old Burwash Road in Sudbury, Ontario is well equipped to handle all types of steel, stainless steel and aluminum fabrication. Over the years we have demonstrated a commitment to training our personnel and by continuously upgrading and modernizing our equipment and methods. Baycar has audits conducted by the Canadian Welding Bureau, ASME, TSSA and QMI-SAI Global. This enables us to fabricate and certify steel, stainless steel and aluminum structures, pressure vessels and piping, and custom fabricated equipment.
